While Pilgrim Capital seeks to invest in companies meeting the following criteria, we encourage all investment intermediaries to contact us for any opportunities that fit our strategy.

Sales between $10 to $100 million.
Operating profits (EBIT) in excess of $2 million.
Defensible position in the company's primary markets.
A management team that is committed to becoming equity partners with us post-closing.
Located in the United States, with a general preference for companies on the east coast and in the midwest.
We are always glad to provide appropriate compensation to those parties who introduce us to an opportunity that we invest in.
